Using RipperFeeds

RipperFeeds operates this website to help you compare restaurant reviews. These terms apply when you use it. If you don’t agree to them, please stop using the site. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information, and our editorial and community policy covers comments and moderation.

Restaurant information and scores

Details, prices, reviews and analysis can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Reviews reflect their authors’ opinions. Our topic labels and scores help you read that feedback; they aren’t verified findings, endorsements or guarantees. A place appearing in filtered results isn’t a recommendation. Check current details, allergies, dietary needs and accessibility with the restaurant.

Your responsibilities

Use the site lawfully and respect other people. Don’t impersonate anyone, post misleading reviews, share someone else’s private information, harass people, post spam or infringe intellectual-property rights. Don’t interfere with security, bypass access restrictions or overload the site. You’re responsible for what you post and for keeping your Google account secure.

Comments you post

Only post material you have the right to share. You keep the rights to your original contribution and allow RipperFeeds to store, display and moderate it to run the discussion. We may remove content that breaks these rules and restrict access where there’s abuse. You can delete your comments, though replies and thread structure may remain. Disclose any advertising or business connection.

Content ownership and other services

RipperFeeds branding and original content belong to their respective owners. Reviews from other sites, business names, trade marks and map data are subject to their owners’ rights and licences. Listing or linking to a business doesn’t mean we’re partners. Other websites, sign-in services and restaurants have their own terms. Use our contact page to raise a concern about content rights.

Availability & consumer rights

The service may change, become unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, complete coverage or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest update. Contact us with questions, corrections or complaints.
