Who runs this site
This website is operated under the name RipperFeeds. We collect restaurant information and organise reviews to help people in Brisbane decide where to eat. You can contact us at hello@ripperfeeds.com.
Why we focus on critical reviews
When you’re choosing a restaurant, it helps to know what people disliked about it. A complaint about a long wait might matter a lot on a lunch break, while a noisy dining room might be fine for a quick meal.
RipperFeeds groups critical reviews by topic so you can find those details without reading every review. You can use them to narrow your search based on what matters to you.
Using the reviews to choose
Select the complaints you want to avoid and filter out places where they come up. You can then read the reviews for the remaining restaurants, compare up to three, and save any you’d like to come back to.
You can also set priorities to adjust the critical-review score. That score summarises complaints in the reviews we’ve collected. It can help you compare them, but it can’t predict how much you’ll enjoy a meal.
How RipperFeeds works explains the filters, scores and gaps in our data. We haven’t personally reviewed these restaurants; we’re organising other diners’ feedback. Appearing in the results doesn’t mean we recommend a place.
Which areas we cover
The directory covers Brisbane and surrounding suburbs. We don’t have every restaurant, and our records may not reflect the latest opening hours, menus or prices.
Check with the restaurant about bookings, dietary needs, accessibility and current prices before you visit.
Tell us about a mistake
If a detail is out of date or we’ve put a review under the wrong topic, send us a correction. Our editorial and community policy explains where the information comes from and how we handle it.
