“I ordered a coffee and food, and they forgot the crispy bacon that I’d ordered with my meal to begin with and when they did bring it out it was pretty much ham.”

“Then my coffee came out in a takeaway cup even though I was dining in, which was annoying because I couldn’t even properly add sugar or stir it without taking the lid off and messing around with it.”

“Just ignored by the staff who kept walking past without even recognising our existence.”

“The service here was appalling they were inconsiderate to my needs and it felt like my order took hours to arrive my coffee bean was burnt and my food was disgusting 1 of the staff members Margo gave me horrendous attitude and it felt like whenever she spoke I got a headache this was the worst experience at a cafe ive ever had.”
