“A mate and I have been going to this coffee place every 3 or 4 weeks for 12+ months over the last few months it has been a struggle to get a hot cupp, we have had to ask for a new "hot" cuppa on several occasions.”
“The new one, until today has always been fairly hot and acceptable, today however after returning cold coffees, even the replacement coffees were only lukewarm, the service time was incredibly slow, it took about 20+ minutes to get our original cold coffees another 20 + minutes to get our second, so I asked for my money back, no one seemed interested in helping me, so we cut our losses and went to another coffee shop and we won't be back”
