“Update: the counter service has gone down hill 60%, 1. took nearly 15 minutes to serve one customer before me in the queue, I walked away.”
“Waited over 20 minutes for my lunch, no other customer, went to the counter, the lady attendant jumped up from behind the counter from browsing her phone, and ran to the kitchen, the kitchen male staff also jumped out from inside, quickly stirred the pot and scooped into the bowl, one wanton dropped on the floor, my bowl of wonton was soggy and slimy, because they forgot the dish in the pot and overboiled.”

“I ordered from uber eats and it takes an hour for them to prepare the food, and when I went to the restaurant it was quick, idk if it’s they forgot to press the ready button at uber eats app or forgot to prepare the food, I’m late to my vet appointment because of waiting for them”
