“Took a long time for the things we ordered to arrive.”

“Then, when the kaarage arrived, after eating a couple of pieces of it, it turns out it was raw.”

“Food is great but the customer service is ridiculous, the staff aren't trained to cope with crowds, 1 girl serving at lunch time , she couldn't manage the crowd, didn't know how to work efficiently and was doing half orders then jumping people who had been waiting, people were walking off , if you want customers to return, train your staff and put more people on the counter.”

“We ordered a large variety of nigiri, the duck tasted like lunch meat, the salmon was fishy, eel dry, wagu beef was bland and chewy, scallops were old and again fishy, the only one that was okay was the tuna, not fishy smelling, all of the fish cuts we extremely thinly cut also.”

“We also got the agadashi tofu, was fine the broth was bland and the pork gyoza were nothing special”
