“After being informed that they weren’t able to do a chips with gravy GF (even though I had already paid and had been waiting a few minutes) they offered to “swap out” out the chips for something else, which was calamari.. about 5 mins later, the same staff member comes back and charges me an extra $8 for a “swap out”.”
