“Unfortunately we did wait almost an hour for dessert, and had to go up to the bar area and chase up 3 times with 3 separate staff members during this time, as nobody came to our table, which was a bit of a shame and a touch frustrating as I had a young baby with us so we had to keep doing laps of the venue when he was getting fussy during this long wait.”

“We were then eventually told that what we had ordered (jam Roly poly) had actually just run out which was disappointing as we ordered it right at the beginning of the meal (so almost 2 hours prior to this) and we saw plenty of people who arrived after us being served this dish.”

“After we was seated we had to wait 25 minutes just for someone to take our order.”

“And not once in all that time did anyone ask us if we wanted to order anymore drinks.”

“Came for a Wednesday trivia session and had a bit of trouble figuring out how to get in - it's not located on ground level!”

“Service seemed a casual - no names were taken or numbers/dockets given upon ordering, so when the food comes to a table where multiple people have ordered the same item it was a bit difficult to know who it should go to.”
