“Not only did our waitress and the host both tell us it was happy hour and our entire bill would be 20% off (which did not happen on payment), to being somewhat ignored at serving our table by our waitress who was more interested in befriending the dogs in the park next door and telling us it her first week, therefore she didn’t know anything.”
