“i was ordering some food and one gentleman named bob was very very very rude and impatient and i have seen him treat other customers this way and i think that is absolutely unacceptable and the behaviour needs to stay far away from customer service shops i have told all my family and friends to never go there again truly disappointing”

“Noise level: Very loud, hard to hear”

“The meals were good, the tea and coffee was great, however I just want to say I was truly disappointed when I looked at my receipt which showed I was charged $14:90 for the filo that came without the salad so I queried both staff members to see if this was an oversight and if I could have the value of the salad refunded or if I could have a muffin or similar to takeaway in lieu of the salad, which I thought was appropriate however both options were denied so in effect I paid full price for something I didn’t receive.”
