“Ordered food on the app and after 25 mins we went up to check how far away it was and it had been just sitting there for 10 mins (food was cold) but we never got notified.”
“Picked up my order after requesting it and no drink was included so went to the front counter to ask for my drink and got hit with the biggest Gen Z stare of all time, she just looks at me and took a solid 30 seconds to realise what I was saying (worlds simplest task) and then zoned back in and got my drink.”
