“I order my meal the guy didn’t ask weather dining or take away he just pac takeaway ,say can’t eat there such a pathetic staff ,this not Australian restaurant culture”

“Not sure when they redesigned but it went from a nice cozy sushi shop with good decorations to an overlit Ai slop fest, not to mention that they replaced the cushioned benches to uncushioned wood.”

“The food came out much much smaller than how it looked, took ages for them to make the sushi roll, and to my absolute dismay it was completely different to what I ordered.”

“Ordered a smoked salmon creme cheese roll, came home to find they used canned salmon instead of raw, called them up and they won’t accept responsibility.”

“The owner claims he always uses canned salmon, I have bought it a few times before and it was raw salmon instead. if it’s not available better to say that to a customer than to give an alternate.”
