“When I realised what had happened, I approached the manager hoping they might be able to help, but was simply told there was nothing they could do because EatClub is a third-party app.”

“On top of that, we were charged $6.50 each for Cokes and $14.50 each for Apple Ciders, which I felt were very expensive, particularly when compared with the prices shown on the actual menu and other nearby venues.”
