“Unhelpfull staff”

“Visited today for a check up and went to grab a few drinks, order was messed up, iced mocha was literally just syrup, ice and water - no milk was very dark, the chocolate frappe was coffee.. took drinks back and was told that's how the mocha was made, the chocolate frappe got fixed and was just a milkshake and very strong chocolate.”

“Waited 20minutes for these mistakes.. waiting all that time looking around and noticed mould all over the roof where the food and drinks are prepared and in the sitting areas, mentioned it to the guy behind the counter he shrugged his shoulders and said "it's been here as long as I have" being a hospital with sick people and immunocompromised people this is disgusting and there was also a review written 1 year ago that also mentioned this issue in which was responded to with " we take hygiene seriously and it will be dealt with " ... the guy making the drinks was also using his apron to wipe down people's drinks around the tip when he made a spill.. you've lost my business .. do better!!”
