“Ordered the beef burger - the beef patty on this burger was so dry even with bbq sauce it was inedible - I politely spoke with a waitress who said she would get the manager, the manager appeared 10 minutes later and was not polite, he didn’t make any attempts to apologise for the food being reported as poorly and when I requested if I could change the meal after apologising to him for my complaint on the food being dry, I told him I was happy to pay any difference in the meal costs… he then stated “I will need to see what the difference in the prices are” and “I will go and speak to the chef and then make my decision” not once did he use any form of polite customer service and appeared to be”

“They brought the replacement meal back about 15 minutes later but even when it was brought back there was no concern for accomodating to the customers satisfaction.”
