“I'll have to say after 50 years on this earth its the first time in my life after finishing my meal and approaching the register a male staff member just arrogantly looked at me with no emotion then said arrogantly, can I help you??”

“But when we asked them to turn on the fan above us because it was getting warm, they said they couldn’t do it since our table was technically in front of the next-door restaurant, and they had no access to that fan.”
