“The food took so long I missed my train, which I could understand since they have to make the food except there was no suggestion of how long it would take, 5 staff there, who were mostly standing around doing nothing (having a chat, standing at the register waiting for customers who didn't come when they don't seem to care to man the register as there was nobody there before I ordered and they were standing around chatting but noticed me coming up, counting the cash in the register I understand but there was still some time until closing and not many cash orders from the seems of it), that it is inside of the train station would imply that you could pick it up in a rush, and most of all”
