“We waited more than 30 minutes between our entrée and main course.”

“When the steaks finally arrived, they were not what we had ordered and, to make matters worse, they were cold.”

“The steak was good but the rest of the banquet was not as good as how it used to be.”

“The waiter's attitude was good, but most importantly, the manager's attitude was trash, he doesn't even deserve one star.”

“came here with my best friend and we got the $57 banquet. the bread was incredibly hard. not sure why or how or if that was a one off but quite unpleasant and hard to eat. oysters were fresh, brisket was nice. however steak was way overcooked - ordered medium rare, came out well done. considering this place is renowned for steak, i was left disappointed. fish was the other main and once again not too sure what went wrong in the kitchen or if someone was getting trained maybe but the fish was so flavourless. didn’t really go well with the sauces and the foam added a weird element. i’ve had my fair share of fish and this may have been the worst one yet. lettuce was fine and chips were lovely.”
