“Quite appalling behaviour from the bar staff, as a recovering alcoholic I tend to get a 0% beer at dinner and they were shown on the menu but not in the table service app, I approached the bar and was immediately told to sit back down and order my drinks from the table.”

“I politely informed the bartender that they did not have the non alcoholic beer in the table order app and was told to scroll a bit more and had to show him that there was no option for them, after about 30 minutes I went to order another one from the bar and they seemed quite annoyed with me for requesting a beverage they serve but didn’t have accessible through their table service app.”
