“When I requested to speak with management, I was referred to the Spanish manager who was dismissive of addressing concerns constructively and was unnecessarily confrontational.”
“Additionally, what was particularly frustrating was watching the manager spend significant amounts of time socialising and flirting with female customers while staff appeared overwhelmed and basic customer service was being neglected.”Read the original Google review
