“Coffee was alright but matcha wasn’t as good as expected. for me i won’t go again but it did take 7 minutes to get my order”

“really disappointing experience, no coffee at 10am in the morning, plus first day being open for the week, should atleast post this on instagram. seems poorly organised always out of something. understand running a business is a lot but a bit more communication and professionalism would be good. wasn’t going to say anything till i saw these responses to genuine feedback.”
