“They don't listen, I've been there several times and they're always out of ingredients for the choc/banana smoothie and this is early in the morning before 6am, I dunno why they bother with it on the menu when it is never available, plus I went there today and ordered a WHTE hot chocolate on soy milk and they gave me a normal hot chocolate on full cream milk, I couldn't go back to get a refund or to have it made again because it was on my way to work, not happy.”
