“The old adage of the customer is always right long gone, when I went back to question bar attendant he argued he had said pot not pint.”

“Also only one bar attendant on which is totally inadequate for people asking for cocktails”

“Cannot recommend in the slightest to charge per item for a weekend surcharge is disgusting order sausage rolls they were cold took them back and was told that they temp them apparently even though they were still frozen in the middle.”

“What kind of cafe doesn't serve breakfast at 9am ended up ordering a cheese toasty and some sausage rolls cheese toasty wasn't even kind of toasted the cheese was barely melted and the sausage rolls were still frozen in the middle and charging 10 percent on every item for a weekend surcharge and charging a fee for using a card on a cashless restaurant is daylight robbery terrible food terrible service and ludicrous price the only good thing was the stein of beer which was 33!”
