“I understand that Mother’s Day is one of the “busiest days of the year” however we waited 45mins for one eggs bene and an hours for a breakfast stack burger isn’t good.”

“I went to take a bite out of the croissant and just about dislocated my jaw due to how tough and stale it was.”

“I then decided to message them on Facebook just purely for them to check the rest of them to make sure they weren't the same, only for them to tell me French croissants are supposed to be stale and that "everyone has different palates" as if Im wrong and have no idea what I’m on about instead of simply apologising and checking the rest of them, the person running the Facebook account was argumentative and took 0 accountability.”
