“The service was terrible; the staff member was very rude and provided no customer service at all.”
“We were made to feel like an inconvenience just for asking to have our coffee iced instead of hot, the staff member refused so we had to ask another member for a cup of ice and di it our self to our $12 coffee, as if adding ice to coffee was too difficult.”Read the original Google review
