“we paid $17 for 1.5 drinks- since 50% of this nitro filter coffee was foam and no, not COLD foam, literally froth like the head of a beer. matcha was weak and watery too (you can probs tell from the pic lol). and I would have probably let all this slide except the service left so much to be desired.”

“I watched the woman who was taking orders at pos, who I assumed was the owner, snap at one of the younger staff members running food and drinks to tables cause she was confused by her directions. there was a brief misunderstanding when she took our order (she thought we wanted three drinks - an iced matcha latte, a nitro iced filter, and a latte) so we clarified that we’d like an “iced matcha latte on oat milk” to which she very condescending replied, “we JUST call it iced matcha here” …okay???”
