“Arrived to fatboys and went to order with the assistance of the helpful girl on the counter, whist ordering we kept getting interrupted by the barista absolutely belittling and berating the girl on the counter.”
“As well as the added cost bacon being undercooked, spoke to the manager and sent meal back, the meal then came out, worse then the first time, and was bought by the owner of the business, and we got to see why the barista felt like it was ok to speak to people they way she was, instead of sending apologies and smiles he berated myself and another person at our table, to the point of fear that another meal was so bad the person didnt eat it and we didnt say anything.”
