“What we won’t tolerate is this: when we politely asked whether our incorrectly scrambled eggs were prepared the way they normally are, we were met with rudeness and indifference and a ‘Well, how would you like them done?’”

“I arrived during the pickup window shown in the app (12:30pm–1:00pm), but when I got there the shop already had a “closed” sign up.”

“After trying to locate a staff member and eventually finding someone at the back, I was told there was no food left and that I would have to request a refund through the app.”

“The place is okay but needs kind of tidy up a bit, one blonde haired staff always seemed so miserable, kind of rude even when we politely said thanks for delivering the food.. why do you have to work here if hate it so much?”

“Oh agreed with other comments, it’s very slow.”
