“Went early (5.30 pm) as I have an early plane to catch…despite there virtually being no one there it took me 20 minutes to get any service (staff just talking to each other), menu had food all over it, confusion over whether I ordered a happy hour drink (some are, some aren’t 🤷) etc.”
