“The activities are so overpriced it’s eye watering - a mug for painting $55, a glass mosaic is sold for $20 for a tiny jar smaller than an espresso glass and individual mosaic pieces are $1 each.”

“ordered the rose pasta with scallop, waited 30mins only for them to tell us there was no scallop, and that they had to change the ingredient. then waited till 45mins and we had to ask them about our order, just to encounter clueless staff who don’t know what they are doing. they said we had to wait 10 more mins. the store is almost empty (photo) so there is no reason for the wait to be that long.”

“food is mid, store is full of inconsiderate children playing around and so noisy from the arcade, only good thing is that the portion is big. we paid total 82 for our 3 meals, but i think it was really not worth all the time wasted waiting and for the food just to turn out so average. for a 1 hour waiting time i think some compensation should be in place but we received none.”

“It wasn't open even advertised at 9.30am open. 2 other groups arrived and left too.”
